Back to School Space

For kids getting back to school it is best to have one designated spot for each child to do school work. With Techline Furniture, Cabinetry, & Closet’s help you can design and build an organized study area for your kids. Here are some other tips!

  • Hang a fabric panel behind their work area where forms and paperwork are tacked up waiting for signatures. Fabric covered cork boards adds personalization and style.
  • Make a designated place to store their back pack on a hook by the door they walk out of for school.
  • Give your child their own file drawer to learn how to file and stay organized. They will learn to keep their papers in the same place and as an added bonus they will learn to file.
  • Give your child a shelf with cubbyholes which are labeled with course homework and papers. Brightly colored decorative baskets for supplies also bring personalization and keeps them organized with everything they need to do their work and focus.
  • Their work area should be their independent area, so each child has their own space. This can be accomplished with divided desktops if  children do their work in the same room.

All if this can be accomplished with our ORG or TECHLINE products. When they are rushing to get to school in the morning they can go straight to their study area to find everything they need to take back to school! For more information about our products and services, see our Facebook page!

Techline Furniture, Cabinetry & Closets Celebrates Its 20th Anniversary

Techline Furniture, Cabinetry & Closets of Fort Worth celebrates its 20th Anniversary with new branding, logo design, website design, showroom upgrades, and new products and service offerings. The BRAND NEW website can be viewed at http://www.Techine-DFW.com. The company was formally known as Techline Furniture & Cabinetry. The company has added a whole new closet division thus changing the name to accommodate its fastest growing division!

“We are so proud of how far we’ve come in 20 years,” said Carol Osteen, president of Techline Furniture, Cabinetry & Closets. “Our design team creates custom organizational solutions for your home and business with high quality products and customer service. We can take any space and make if more efficient for you. Our brand new website really showcases our design solutions and what we can do for our clients. We can design anything!”

For 20 years co-owners Carol K. Osteen and Jerry D. Courter have provided the DFW Metroplex with expertly designed furniture & storage systems. Since its’ founding in 1991, Techline has really evolved into offering one-stop-shop solutions for homes and businesses, and also has implemented environmentally conscious ‘green’ initiatives with products that meet LEED certification.

Carol started Techline out of necessity when she started building her own home and needed an organizational solution provider. With her zest and skill for organization, Carol opened Techline Studio in 1991 as one of the first non-architectural firms in the country able to be a distributor using the Techline name. In 1993, Jerry became Carol’s Partner & Vice President of Sales, changing the company name to Techline Furniture & Cabinetry. Jerry came directly from Techline USA factory in Wisconsin, where he served as the first-ever factory-direct sales representative for the company. Techline’s growth and expansion into more products resulted in its current name change to Techline Furniture, Cabinetry & Closets. They had several locations until they decided to build their own building on West Freeway in Fort Worth five years ago.

Techline’s showroom is located at 3801 West Freeway in Fort Worth or view the online showroom at http://www.Techline-DFW.com/showroom.html.
